How Elysia works, step by step

Elysia turns fragmented lifestyle and health data into personalised interventions.

  1. Assess. Schedule an appointment with your healthcare provider to discuss which health topics you would like to focus on.

  2. Connect. Set up your app, connect your wearables and medical devices to Elysia, and immediately begin interacting with your personal dashboard.

  3. Improve. As the data expands and grows, you will receive clear, evidence-based guidance on lifestyle choices you can make to improve your health and prevent disease.

Solution

Our solution

Our solution is a flow, taking fragmented signals and transforming them into a clear plan. Patients can log diet, sleep patterns and symptoms in seconds. Clinicians quickly receive actionable feedback, allowing for individual-based intervention planning. We aim to reduce the number of people living with chronic illnesses — disease can often be avoided if the right preventative steps are taken.

  1. 48% of the Swiss population suffers from chronic illness, 65+ year olds at a rate of 73%

  2. Up to 1 in 3 screened adults in Switzerland shows signs of pre-diabetes
